Back Squat


www.drkortneytraining.com This is an instructional video on performing a back squat. Often times just called a squat however due to the other types of squatting videos I have I titled it back squat. I highly recommend having someone "knowledgeable" about squatting help you when you begin your squatting. While there are those that do squats they are not the same as those that know how to squat.
