Basic Dip
www.drkortneytraining.com This is an instructional video on performing a basic dip. You should be able to do a minimum of 30 to 40 standard push ups in a row before beginning on the basic dip. This exercise is much harder than a push-up but extremely necessary in building upper body pressing strength. The next step after this is the weighted dip.
