Front Lat Pulldown
www.drkortneytraining.com This is an instructional video on performing a front lat pulldown. A must perform exercise to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles from a pulling standpoint. The proximal portion of the tricep is involved believe it or not. No elbow flexion movement but still tricep activity. The core is also strenghtend isometrically when performed properly.
