This is an easy, affordable way to have a personal trainer to keep you consistent, challenged and accountable. The package fee covers one-on-one online personal training with Dr. Kortney that is specifically designed for YOU! Each package is based on your results from a simple physical fitness test that we email you. Program design will include an 8 week plan that meets your specific goals. Plans are easy to understand and include all relevant information. You just follow along and do the work!
BEGINNERS PACKAGE - $65 (that's less than $3.00 per session!)
1) Program design based on current fitness test results
2) Includes 3 workouts per week for eight weeks
3) Designed for those who are new or inexperienced with resistance training or exercise
4) This package will help you build a foundation of strength
and endurance to help prepare you for advanced exercise
work
5) All exercises are detailed in the website video library for
your convenience
ADVANCED PACKAGE - $85 (that's less than $3.00 per session!)
1) Program design based on exact exercise goals
2) Includes 4 workouts per week for eight weeks
3) Designed for those familiar with most basic exercises and
who have at least an average level of physical fitness
4) Workouts include intelligent super setting, max/ dynamic
effort days, periodizing, etc.
5) All exercises are detailed in the website video library
for your convenience
