Rack Squat
www.drkortneytraining.com This is an instructional video on the rack squat. I have heard them called pin squats as well. There are many functional uses for this exercise. One, they are very useful in developing athletic performance and will help any action that involves hip extension. The targeted range of motion is very specific to where most of your power comes from in explosive movements such as acceleration for jumping or sprinting.
